or maybe this is a second Francis Henry Freeborn??

Why in Summertown? Maybe mother was settled here from
St. Thomas, after father died?

Possible Ann Freeborn who is at 7, Gloucester Lane as widow in C1881
and was buried 17/08/1887 from same address, may be his wife.
Need to check 1871 census.
